Questions, answered
Everything you need to know before we cut your song to vinyl.
How long does it take?+
5 - 10 working days. Every record is cut to order, so yours gets our full attention before it's packed and posted.
What music can I upload?+
You can upload an original song you've created yourself, a personalised song created for you, or another recording that you have permission to reproduce.
What goes on side B?+
Every record gets a side B. For a song you've created with us, we include an instrumental version - the same melody and arrangement with the vocals removed, lovely for singing along. For a song you've uploaded, you can add a second song to fill side B; if you'd rather not, we'll simply play your A side on both.
How much can I fit on a record?+
4 mins is the absolute maximum, but we recommend just less than that to be sure. Please avoid exceeding the maximum time or it may cause delays with your order.
Can you write the song for me?+
Yes. Describe the person, the occasion and the memories you want captured, and our AI will create two versions for you to hear. Pick the one that gives you that feeling, and that's the one we'll put on your record.
Do I get to hear my song before it's cut?+
Absolutely. You listen to every version, choose your favourite, and only then do we cut it to vinyl.
What's included with my record?+
A personalised 7-inch 45 RPM vinyl single with a custom printed sleeve with your own design.
How much does it cost?+
£69 for a one-of-one personalised 7-inch single, including the custom printed sleeve and a digital copy.
